Bond It WP70 Silicone Sealant - White

The Bond It WP70 is a professional-grade, low modulus neutral cure (LMN) oxime silicone sealant designed for perimeter sealing of external door and window frames. This white variant is the industry standard for uPVC window and door installations, providing a clean, high-gloss finish that blends seamlessly with white frames and trims.

Rapid curing with strong adhesion properties, the WP70 includes additional uPVC adhesion promoters and an extended open time for ease of tooling. It delivers a permanently flexible seal that resists UV degradation, mould growth, and temperature extremes from -60°C to +160°C.

Important Notes

• Not suitable for use with aquaria, bitumen, or asphalt
• Cannot be over-painted
• Protect joints from movement for at least 3 hours after application
• For joints requiring greater flexibility (25%), consider upgrading to the Bond It WP100
