Delivery
Free UK delivery on orders of £40 and over (prices include VAT). A flat rate of £4.99 applies to orders under £40.
Service: Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Dispatch cut-off: , Monday–Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays ship the next working day.
Typical transit time: 1 working day. Deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, and very long/oversize items, may take one extra day (no surcharge).
Click & Collect
Free collection is available from both branches (Canterbury and Ramsgate/Manston). We will email/SMS you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number and identification. Orders placed near the 2:00 pm cut-off may be ready the next working day.
Order updates
You will receive Royal Mail tracking by email. If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order number and we will help.
Exceptions
We do not apply delivery surcharges for Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland. However, delivery may take one extra working day in these areas and for long/oversize consignments.
