Bond It WP70 is a low modulus, neutral cure (LMN) silicone sealant designed for perimeter sealing of external door and window frames. It provides rapid curing with strong adhesion properties and includes additional PVCu adhesion promoters, making it a go-to sealant for window and door fitters working with uPVC, aluminium, and timber frames.
The brown colour is well suited to timber-effect and woodgrain PVCu frames, as well as natural timber installations. WP70 remains permanently elastic after curing, accommodating building movement without cracking or pulling away from the joint. Its UV-stable colour formulation resists fading, so the finish holds up over time even in direct sunlight.
As a neutral cure silicone, WP70 is non-corrosive and safe for use on metals, coated surfaces, and alkaline substrates like concrete and plaster. It contains a fungicide to resist mould growth and conforms to EN15651-1,2,3 F EXT-INT, G, S1.
