Bond It Lead Sealant is a low modulus, neutral cure silicone sealant formulated specifically for sealing and finishing lead flashing and leadwork on roofs, chimneys, and other exterior building elements. The grey colour closely matches the appearance of weathered lead, giving a clean, professional finish.

Its neutral cure chemistry means it will not corrode or stain lead, zinc, copper, or other sensitive metals on contact, unlike standard acetoxy silicones which release acetic acid during curing. This makes it the correct choice for any application where the sealant comes into direct contact with non-ferrous metals.

Once cured, the sealant remains permanently flexible and provides excellent resistance to UV radiation, rain, snow, and temperature extremes. It adheres well to lead, glass, PVCu, timber, and most common building materials without the need for a primer.
