Soudal Soudabond Easy Gun Grade PU Adhesive Foam 750ml

Soudabond Easy is a high-performance polyurethane adhesive foam that replaces traditional powder-based adhesives for bonding insulation panels, plasterboard, and lightweight building blocks. One 750ml can is equivalent to one 25kg bag of plasterboard adhesive powder, cutting working times by up to 30% with no mixing required.

The formula combines strong adhesion with gap-filling characteristics, making it suitable for bonding uneven surfaces. It bonds to a wide range of building materials including brick, stone, aluminium, ceramics, MDF, steel, cork, wood, chipboard, and all common insulation types (EPS, XPS, PUR/PIR, and phenolic foam).

This is the gun grade version, requiring a standard PU foam applicator gun for controlled, precise application. Apply in a zig-zag pattern, wait approximately 4 minutes for tack, then press materials firmly together. Full strength is achieved after approximately 12 hours.
