Tuskbond PU-01 is a one-part, sprayable polyurethane adhesive in a 22-litre canister. Moisture-curing by nature, PU-01 delivers an exceptionally strong, fully waterproof bond on timber, metals, rubber, certain plastics, vinyls and PU foams — the adhesive of choice for demanding applications where standard contact adhesives won't perform.

With coverage of 200m² per canister and very high heat resistance up to 120°C, PU-01 is built for high-volume, high-performance work. The web spray pattern covers large surfaces quickly and evenly, and the formula is protected against plasticiser migration for reliable performance on vinyl and PU foam substrates.

Important: This product contains diisocyanates. Adequate training is required before industrial or professional use. Use in a well-ventilated area and wear appropriate PPE.

Technical Specifications

How to Use

Surfaces must be clean, dry and dust-free. Attach hose and gun to the canister and open the valve fully. Hold gun at 90° to the surface, approximately 12 inches away. Apply adhesive in 4–6 inch overlapping bands with a double coat on edges. Allow solvents to evaporate until adhesive feels dry to a gloved touch. Bond within 5–10 minutes. Apply even pressure with a roller. The bond forms instantly on contact and strengthens to full cure over 24 hours.

Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear appropriate PPE. Do not freeze. Store between 15°C and 35°C. Contains diisocyanates — training required for professional use.
