The DeWalt DT99591 XR FlexVolt Poroton Blades are 430mm reciprocating blades designed for the DeWalt FlexVolt Alligator Saw (DCS397). They cut standard class 12 clay blocks (Poroton), general masonry, concrete and dense block. For bricklayers, structural contractors and renovation teams cutting through clay block walls, these blades handle the sustained abrasion that destroys standard recip blades in minutes.

The Extreme Runtime design uses a hardened tooth geometry that doubles the working life compared to standard masonry reciprocating blades. This makes a material difference on large projects where blade changes slow progress and add cost. The 430mm length matches the full cutting depth of the DCS397 Alligator Saw, allowing complete cuts through standard block thicknesses in a single pass.
