The ForgeFix ForgeFast FFCS8200 is an 8 x 200mm wafer head construction screw with a TORX T40 drive, supplied in a tub of 25. Designed for deep structural connections, post-to-beam joints, and heavy timber engineering, these screws provide high pull-out and shear resistance in softwood, hardwood, and engineered timber products.

The wafer head profile sits close to the timber surface without the need for countersinking, spreading the clamping load over a wider area than a standard countersunk head. This makes them well suited for face-fixing rafters, purlins, and structural brackets where a flush finish and strong holding power are both required.

The Elementech 2000 tan coating provides corrosion resistance for use in treated timber and semi-exposed conditions.
