The HiKOKI NR1838DKA is a cordless 18V brushless paper-collated plastic strip nailer for structural timber framing and metal connector work. It drives nails up to 38mm using HiKOKI's air-spring mechanism, which means no gas cartridges, no fumes in enclosed spaces, and reliable performance in cold weather. The slim nose profile reaches into tight joist and truss spaces, and the Strap-Tite probe tip positions accurately on connector holes before firing.
This DKA kit ships with a single 5.0Ah MultiVolt battery, charger, and carry case. If you're already running HiKOKI MultiVolt batteries from other tools, one battery may be all you need to get started. The 2-battery version (NR1838DKAJXZ) is also available if you want a spare charging while you work.
