Bond It Roof-Mate Roof & Gutter Sealant - Black 310ml

Bond It Roof-Mate is a polymerically reinforced lap jointing sealant and adhesive designed to prevent leaks in gutters, downpipes, and general roofing applications. It forms a flexible seal capable of accommodating up to 5% movement and remains flexible for up to 15 years.

Roof-Mate can be applied in wet conditions, even during heavy rain, which makes it a practical choice for emergency roofing repairs. It maintains a permanently putty-like consistency beneath its surface skin, with high solids formulation providing excellent gap-filling properties without shrinkage.

It is suitable for use on metal, construction-grade plastics, painted surfaces, stone, timber, brick, bitumen, and asphalt. Available in black only, it blends naturally with most roofing materials.
