The Makita DUB185Z is a compact cordless blower powered by Makita's 18V LXT platform. With a variable speed trigger and three air volume settings (low, medium and high), it gives you precise control over airflow for different tasks. It also doubles as a vacuum when fitted with the included dust bag, making it useful for workshop cleanup as well as blowing debris.

The design is deliberately compact and lightweight at 1.6kg bare, keeping it easy to handle for extended use. An ergonomic soft grip reduces fatigue, and the overall size makes it simple to store in a tool bag or on a van shelf without eating into space reserved for heavier tools. The battery protection circuit monitors for over-discharge, high temperature and overload current, protecting both the tool and whatever battery you have fitted.

Maximum air speed reaches 98 m/sec with an air flow rate of 3.2 cubic metres per minute. That is enough to clear sawdust from a bench, blow leaves from a path or shift light debris from a work area quickly. For heavier cleanup, the vacuum function provides an alternative without needing a separate tool.
