Bond It WP70 is a low modulus, neutral cure (LMN) silicone sealant designed for perimeter sealing of external door and window frames. It cures rapidly with excellent adhesion properties and includes additional PVCu adhesion promoters for a secure bond on modern frame materials.

The grey colour is a strong match for popular grey PVCu window and door frame finishes, as well as cement, render, and natural stone surrounds. WP70 remains permanently elastic after curing, accommodating the natural movement between frames and masonry without cracking or breaking the seal. The UV-stable colour formulation resists fading even in prolonged direct sunlight.

As a neutral cure silicone, WP70 is non-corrosive and safe for use on metals, coated aluminium, and alkaline substrates like concrete, plaster, and mortar. It also contains a fungicide to resist mould growth. Conforms to EN15651-1,2,3 F EXT-INT, G, S1.
