Bond It WP70 is a low modulus, neutral cure (LMN) silicone sealant designed for perimeter sealing of external door and window frames. It cures rapidly with strong adhesion properties and includes additional PVCu adhesion promoters, making it a reliable choice for window and door fitters working across uPVC, aluminium, and timber frame installations.
The black colour is ideal for matching anthracite grey and black PVCu window frames, which have become increasingly popular in modern residential and commercial builds. WP70 remains permanently elastic after curing, accommodating structural movement without cracking or losing adhesion. Its UV-stable formulation means the black colour holds without fading over extended sun exposure.
Neutral cure chemistry ensures WP70 is non-corrosive and safe for use on metals, coated surfaces, and alkaline substrates such as concrete and plaster. It contains a fungicide to resist mould growth and conforms to EN15651-1,2,3 F EXT-INT, G, S1.
